Pollen (organic)

When bees collect pollen, they create a kind of grain. This is called a pollen grain. Bees need pollen to raise the new generation, so it contains all the substances they need to ensure that the new organism develops fully. Pollen contains a lot of plant protein.
Pollen helps to regulate the body's metabolism and build more red blood cells, which in turn strengthens the immune system.
The pollen of each plant varies in colour and taste.
