Composition: Fireweed leaves

Herbs harvested and dried on the farm are ideal for making a variety of teas, hot and cold drinks and lemonade all year round. Add a little extra flavour with lemon or lime slices and a touch of ginger or cinnamon or vanilla for an unforgettable taste experience.

This plant has long been used in folk medicine for its beneficial properties. In Russia in particular, peasants and soldiers drank fireweed tea to build strength and stamina. Fireweed in general is a versatile herb which has been shown to strengthen and maintain the immune system.

Preparation: ~ 1.5 tsp of tea in 200 ml of hot water. Allow to infuse for 6-7 minutes.
